Whether you’re brand new to sourdough or you’ve tried and struggled before, this class will clarify the process and give you the confidence to bake delicious, naturally fermented bread in your own kitchen.

•  How to feed, care for, and maintain your own sourdough starter
•  Mixing dough, stretch & folds, and bulk fermentation
•  Cold Fermentation, Baking & Storing sourdough bread
•  Ingredients and recommended tools
•  Tips & tricks for sourdough success and plenty of time for Q&A
What to bring:
•  One medium-large sized bowl (for mixing and taking your dough home)
What you’ll take home:
•  A jar of my fed and active starter
•  Your own dough, ready to finish fermenting, shape, and bake at home
•  A printed recipe card and starter care guide

Hi there! I’m Amy — a proud mom of three energetic boys. My family and I moved to beautiful Colorado in 2021, and it quickly became home. I fell in love with sourdough baking over six years ago, and in 2024 I turned that passion into Simply Sourdough LLC, my little cottage bakery. I’m so excited to share what I’ve learned in this class! Over the years, many of my customers and friends have told me they’ve tried making sourdough but couldn’t quite get it right — and I can’t wait to help change that. Baking sourdough is simpler (and more fun!) than you might think, and I’m thrilled to help you fall in love with the process too.
