The time you book your party is the start time and we block out 2.5 hours from start time to finish.

We love parties!! We reserve the main table in the boutique area for you so you are able to accommodate your guests OR you can book the private party room!

FAQ with Parties!

Q- Is there a minimum?

A- Yes and No...For during business hours (Wed-Sat 10-6), Sun (12-5) there is not a minimum to have a party in the boutique area.

TO USE OUR NEW PRIVATE PARTY ROOM! - You need a minimum of 8 peeps and the difference is there is a $150 non-refundable deposit that goes towards use of the room for 2.5 hours. We have 2 large tables with seating up to over 20 people, private bathroom and ability to bring food, drinks and decorate how you please! The host or guest of honor receives 40% off their services (excluding merchandise) with use of the private room. 

For after hours we are able to stay open just for you when you have a MINIMUM of 10 participants that are engaging in the experiences being offered by us! 

Q- Can I bring food, drinks, presents etc?

A- For the private room, you are free to bring whatever you wish. We ask that if you have a party that happens in the front of the shop that you do not bring food but are welcome to bring presents if you would like to bring that celebration to Goldie Links! 

WE SERVE COMPLIMENTARY COTTON CANDY FOR PARTIES IN THE PRIVATE PARTY ROOM!

Q- Can I decorate? 

A - Yes but only when reserving the private party room!

Q- Do you provide anything?

A- YES, we have paper plates, silverware, napkins, cups, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, wine charms, water, sparkling water, coffee, and ice. WE ALSO for young girls, provide complimentary cotton candy if you choose! 

Q- Is there a payment upon booking? How does payment work?

A- Yes for the private room there is a non-refundable deposit/payment of $150 that goes towards the use of the room for 2.5 hours. Again, hostess/guest of honor receives 40% off experience services (excluding merchandise) 

If you have 8 people or less and do not want to bring food or have the privacy of the party room, you are welcome to bring your crew and celebrate at Goldie Links! You are welcome to bring presents...there is no fee for this and no discount to the hostess/guest of honor.

Q- Is there any discount for the host/hostess or guest of honor? 

YES! with the private party room only! one person of choice, whether it is the host or guest of honor receives 40% off their experiences! (merchandise is not included!) 

Q- Are tattoos available for parties? 

Yes and this has to be communicated with us ahead of time. Kla does have a flash sheet but she will need a little heads up on how many people would like tattoos. When you fill out the party form, let us know you are interested and will put in you in contact with Kla - she will provide flash sheets! 

Q- How long does a party take? 

It really depends on how many people and if you plan on eating, drinking, opening presents etc. It is going to look different for 5 people vs 15. Most of our experiences are things that we need to assist with whether it is customizing permanent jewelry, attaching your charms, piercing your ears, guiding you through making a lip gloss - everything is custom! We usually have 2 people on staff at one time so it depends on the amount of services and which experiences are chosen. You can expect around 1.5-2 hours....more for larger groups!  

Q- Do you have packages for young girls birthday parties?! 

A- YES! Please see the info below - each child would be $40 and gets to choose from a few different experience options!
