There are moments when a community comes together in the most powerful way, and this is one of them.
On Sunday, April 12th at 12:00 PM, the community is invited to gather at the Wide Open Saloon in Sedalia, CO for a special event supporting Caleb, a 17-year-old student from Douglas County High School who is courageously fighting an ultra-rare and aggressive cancer known as CIC-DUX4 sarcoma.
Caleb’s Story
Caleb’s journey began in November 2024, when he was diagnosed with CIC-DUX4 sarcoma affecting his neck and lungs. Since then, he has faced this battle with incredible strength and resilience.
His story has touched so many, and this fundraiser is all about rallying around him and his family during this fight.
What to Expect at the Fundraiser
This will be a fun, family-friendly event filled with ways to support and connect. Guests can enjoy a silent auction featuring a variety of goods and services, shop from local vendors, and experience everything from charm bars and piercings to tattoos, baked goods, and exclusive Caleb Strong merchandise.
There will also be live music throughout the day, creating an uplifting and supportive atmosphere for everyone attending. Whether you come to shop, bid, listen to music, or simply show your support, every moment spent at this event makes a difference.
Supporting Caleb’s Fight
Proceeds from the silent auction and participating vendors will go directly toward supporting Caleb and his ongoing treatments. This is more than just a fundraiser, it’s a chance to stand behind a local teen and remind him and his family that they are not alone.
